"I just bought a 40 year old house and the owner of the business and Roy came out on a Saturday morning and went over my entire inspection report with me. I had 3 major jobs: installing vinyl plank flooring in the 3 bedrooms; replacing all of the wood in the atrium and dry walling the garage. They also performed many small tasks such as installing a garage door opener, hanging a light fixture, installing more insulation in the attic, repairing a plumbing leak, caulking, weatherstripping, gutter cleaning and splash block additions, trimming tree limbs back from the roof , installing smoke detectors and insulating outdoor pipes. The workers showed up early (our appointment was for 7 am and they arrived at 6:45 am). At the end of the job, we did another walk through and they had to order a special caulk for the 2 cracks in the granite, so they will be back in 10 days when it arrives. I have already given one of their cards (and my strong recommendation) to my new neighbors, who just moved in yesterday. Now, I feel like my home is brand new."

"The two wood columns holding up our front porch were completely rotted, like sketchy enough that I was worried the whole thing might come down. Expert Home Builders replaced both of them with new solid wood columns, now the porch actually feels safe again and looks way better too. The old ones were an eyesore honestly. "Steven came with his crews and painted my 2 story house from top to bottom the pressure washed it to get all the dirt mildew, and falling paint off, then he painted the trim and then began painting the entire house. I had also asked him if he could paint the black balcony gates and he offered to change it for free, he also changed a piece o rotten wood I had on my garage for free. 
I am very satisfied with his work, I received a couple quotes before calling him and the were charging me 20,000 plus.
Not to mention his price was cheaper. his quality of work was excellent and he did a few things for free.
I am very happy with his work and will be my go to painter each and every time, he also does a lot of other work so i will call him when i decide to renovate my office and kitchen.

"Tony’s only fault as a contractor is that he is a perfectionist. If the work does not meet his high standards then he tears it our and redoes it. He doesn’t increase the price for getting it right. This might add to the time required to complete the job but maybe not for he will stay longer each day to do his best to keep on schedule. I over do everything. I wanted the north side of the house to be extremely strong to resist hurricane force winds and rain. I special ordered European storm force and burgler proof windows. The best recommendation came from the city building inspector. He said this was the the strongest, most over engineered house he had ever seen. Jokingly, He asked if he could bring his family here for the nexy hurricane. Tony does excellent work, has high character and we totally trust him with our home repair work. We still use his services and I don’t even ask for a bid. He is honest as the day is long."
