The additional charge to remove the rot was minimal and I would have gladly paid 10x for the security of having a safe house. And just look at how beautifully it turned out. Also, and it might seem like a little thing, but its the details that matter. It was really hard for me to get on my deck as a physically handicapped person. "Although Cody did a great job on my roof, he then stole $9600.00 from my parents after I referred him to them. He has also stolen money from several other customers over the last year. My parents have been unable to get their money back from him to date. He has also been known to change his business name when customers realize he is taken their money without doing the work. He is a con and his felonious business practices should make anyone leery of hiring him. "
