"Tuesday, February 7, 2023, CW (Charles Waterman) of Commercial Home Services In Camdenton Missouri, installed a new thermostat for the furnace in my house in Eldon Missouri. After he had left the thermostat wasnâ t working correctly, so I called him the next day to see if he could return and take a look at it. Over the next few days I contacted him several times. Apparently he had a very busy week, but first thing Monday morning February 13, 2023 he called me back and said that he would go by the house that morning and take a look at the thermostat. He found the thermostat was working but the furnace had several problems which he informed me would be fairly expensive to repair. I have decided to replace the furnace which is over 30 years old with a heat pump. Charles has been courteous and very helpful. I appreciate what heâ s done for us and would recommend him."

"Tap Heating and Cooling came while I was at work and my wife was home taking care of our newborn.  The technician, Jeff, was very polite and very quiet as well (as we had a newborn sleeping) which I found to be amazingly courteous.  He performed the cleaning and inspection of our furnace very quickly and efficiently.  When Jeff was finished, he let my wife know the the circuit board was mounted improperly, but that he went ahead and took care of it as it was a very simple fix.  As well, a filter was included in this service.  I had recently replaced our filter (not realizing I was going to take advantage of this awesome Angie's List deal) and he let my wife know that the filter was still good and that he left a new one next to the furnace for next time.  We recently moved here, but Tap Heating and Cooling is for sure my go-to in the area from now on as they showed nothing but professionalism, honesty, and courteousness while in my home.  Thanks Jeff and Tap Heating and Cooling, I'll see you in summer for my A/C tune up!

"In terms of my experience with sub-contractors/tradesman of the years JACOB is ACE. He is very personable, friendly, responsive, punctual, and credentialed. When I looked him in the eye after talking to him I believed him to be a person of integrity. So when he gave me his final price I accepted it grudgingly. The cost of everything just seems so excessive these days. I’m sure it is me not accepting that realty. He showed up on time and did what he said he would do. There were just a couple of things I thought he could improve on. Such as allowing me opportunity to pull serial # from replacement garbage disposal before completing install. Making it easier to complete warranty paperwork. Also his having to make 2nd trip for missing part. I will say that it was the end of very long day for us both for the initial install and this more than anything probably caused this oversite. I would gladly refer Jacob to friends and family. It is so hard to know who to trust in terms of cost, skill, and reliability when dealing with contractors/sub-contractors. To me Jacob can be trusted to get job done in a reasonable time period and at a competitive price."
