"Originally contacted Plumb Tite on 11/30 to inspect a faulty water heater. They were able to replace the water heater the next day. During the inspection process they noticed that the internal pressure of the incoming line from the street was excessive. They were able to install a water pressure regulator at the same time as the water heater. Was very satisfied with the work done on the water heater and regulator, so I decided to have them replace the main water shut off valve on 12/27 due to it seizing up. "Two Archer Plumbing plumbers came to my house to unclog a drain in my basement that used to be a toilet, but was now capped off. The cap had shot off because of a clog underground. The men that came called me when they were on their way, and then unclogged the drain by using one of their snake machines. They were both friendly and good natured guys. I had no problems and was satisfied by the end result. They even checked to make sure the clog was gone by running the machine again, and using a bucket to pour water down into the drain. Great work!
