The great thing about Kathy is she doesn't "up-sell" for the sake of making a better profit. She knew this job needed lower grade carpet which would hide stains well, and brought over samples accordingly. Her pricing is competitive with the big box stores, but in this case you have direct contact with the owner in case anything went wrong. (It didn't). She called us the day before install to confirm, and everything went as planned. We will be using her again when the time comes to redo our primary residence."
