"The provided installed two skylights, scraped and retextured the ceilings, made the attic easily accessible with a pull drop-down ladder, installed a fan in the roof of the attic to keep the attic cool (the fan kicks on at 80 degrees), repainted the interior, made wall repairs, and installed new bathroom fixtures. They originally tried to work a system to just replace our old coil & furnace but it wasn't possible due to the small attic space.
They then came up with a replacement proposal to replace & relocate our new system to the roof.
We needed a quick installation time as we were hosting out of town guests.
NRG was the only group we interviewed out of 3 contractors to come up with a fair decent proposal.
They adjusted their tech teams to do the work around our schedule.
They were always on time, they always communicated with us, they were clean and neat and always cleaned up at the end of the day.
Several crews worked on this project and all of them were just outstanding.
Let me stress that they completed the job in the time frame that we needed even though they had to juggle their able crews to accomplish this.
