"Workers dropped construction trailer yesterday afternoon & began work this AM. Sergei (owner) stopped by and explained minor changes. Workers very professional & courteous. Bad weather pushed timetable back by a couple of weeks. However, Sergei stayed in touch by phone & stopped by with his framer to go over measurements. So far we are very pleased. Sergei mismeasured opening for storm door which is going to require a custom made door. He explained that he would absorb the additional cost. I admire his honesty. Project completed a few days ago except for storm door. Good job, workers cleaned up everything. Sergei stopped by to be sure we are satisfied & accepted partial payment until custom storm door is here & installed. We also had an issue with during heavy rain we had water leaking into the soffet which they repaired with a j channel. I would definitely use Alliance again for any outside projects or repairs."

"We originally bought a big deal on Angie?s List for a small bathroom remodel through Pros Home Services. After taking half of our money up front, Pros? quality of work was so bad, that 12 weeks into the bathroom remodel, we had to fire them. We needed a contractor ASAP to finish the work, since we were without a shower for 12 weeks - and Angie?s List recommended Mike
Foote.  We told Mike our situation and he showed up right away to go over the details.  He had several jobs at the time, but still found the time to fit us and help us out.  He was great. The previous contractors had no idea what they were doing and left the bathroom in a horrible state ? the subway tile was installed completely crooked, the drywall had to be ripped down again, the beadboard was installed in a way that would give us major water damage, etc.  Mike walked us through all of their major mistakes to make sure that we didn?t end up with a bathroom that needed to be gutted again in a few months.  He came up with ideas on how to fix all of their poor-quality work without having to gut the entire bathroom and leave us without a shower for several more weeks.  He was proactive, asked the right questions, walked us through design options, and communicated with us very clearly on the timeline each day.  Somehow, in about 3 weeks, he was able to fix all of the previous contactor?s mistakes and we ended up with a bathroom that we absolutely love.  We are very thankful that he was able to help us out during our horrible experience.  We learned in the process that you can?t trust many contractors but Mike Foote is definitely trustworthy and I would use him again for all future projects.  He?s very easy to work with, his quality of work is great, he works hard to ensure his clients are happy with the end result, and most importantly ? he communicates very clearly about the project.  We should also note that his team was also great to work with and we even ended up using his painter to repaint our entire foyer and bedrooms ? he also did an amazing job.

"Can I give A++ ratings? I contacted this company based on good ratings on Angie’s List and a visit to homeowners who had worked with the Ranieris. I was thrilled that they cared about the price and a superior result. They showed up, had thought out the plan well and did the work daily. They coordinated with subs. And they did all of this with good nature regardless of the heat and humidity or pop up issues. They stand by results with utmost integrity. My pool looks fabulous and we are very happy. "Vista started this job 9/17. From the beginning we were told by the salesman Eric and project manager Keith that the job would be finished to our satisfaction, all our concerns would be addressed. The roofing went well, we are pleased. The siding was a bigger job than they seemed prepared for. They removed wood siding and replaced rotten plywood. The siding looked fine except for an area in the front of our home which is vertically uneven. Holding a straight edge to the siding we have a one inch gap in the vertical level which was not properly prepared. Some our window frames are horrible. One of them has nails driven right in the center of the frame, others have gapping joints and one is wavy. They replaced our perfectly fine topped gutter with a 'top of the line' gutter which isn't topped so is now full of leaves. We live in the woods what were they thinking? At the signing of this contract our salesman Eric said he would do some porch screen framing and stain our new front door. He wanted payment of $600 stating this was his side job. After many, many phone calls, most being ignored, we have gotten no where. Brian Rudd finally came out and told us these problems would be corrected. Last we heard from him was 11/17. He emailed that the siding crew would be out that week to correct window trim. We never heard from or saw any of them again. They never installed the stove vent, stained the front door or corrected our siding issues. I've waited for spring thinking I would hear from them. Too bad, things started out well. Not a good company."

My Project Manager was Kevin Q. He contacted me the same day I called to get an estimate on repairs in my home. Set up a appointment the following week. Kevin arrived at my home on time and was very polite and professional. Kevin looked at each job I wanted completed, taking notes and measuring. Received estimate the same day and signed contact to have the work started. All prices for materials and labor were outlined and listed on the estimate for each item that needed to be repaired or installed. The estimate was a better price than I had received from 2 previous companies. As each job was completed I was able to inspect it and make sure it was what I wanted and looked good in my house. All jobs were completed quickly and I was very pleased with the service, professionalism and overall effort to keep the costs affordable.  I was provided with all receipts for any materials purchased.  I would highly recommend LSI, the staff is professional and efficient.
