"This is the third time we have utilized Bill Christie (and now, his son Justin's) services for improvements to our home. In each of these activities (spanning over twenty-five years) we have found the Christies and their employees to be outstanding. Unlike other companies, they base their successful business model on the following: 1. They provide prompt and accurate estimates of materials needed, time-frame for beginning and completion, and costs entailed. 2. They arrange for delivery of materials, supplies and dumpsters (as required) shortly before the starting date. 3. Their crews are polite, competent, and patient in their interactions with the homeowner. Rosie and his men were meticulous in their removal and replacement with Hardie board. They took pride in making the improvements as carefully as they would on their own homes. 4. Jose and his painters had the same work ethic. We had a rain day, he made certain all was protected before leaving and was back on the job as soon as conditions permitted the next day. 5. All of the crews were careful when working and tidied up the jobsite before leaving each day. 6. "We were at our wit's end trying to find someone to paint the exterior of our house. We'd been ghosted so many times and I decided to research and discovered Mission painting. Ben was our initial contact and he called me within a few hours. He was very upfront about everything, costs, repairs to be done, and gave us an exact estimate! I gave 4 stars because this was a little more than we had budgeted. By Friday of that week, we knew who we wanted to work on our exterior. After several delays due to weather conditions the crews were able to start our exterior. Our project manager Bill was in constant contact with us, via text or phone, and provided daily project updates and giving us time frames for work to be completed (weather permitting of course!). Bill always professional and responsive and polite. The crews were dedicated and extremely hardworking. We knew every day they would show up and get started. In order to get our project underway, they would often work until dark. We would use Mission Painting again. Highly recommend."

"Our chimney sweep told us our chimney was badly in need of repair and it had to be done before the cold weather set in. Paul was prompt in returning my call and came out the next day to estimate the work. We had 8 rows of bricks replaced at the top of the chimney and the mortar cap replaced. He also regrouted the firebox inside the fireplace. All the work was done promptly and it looks fantastic. Added bonus: Near the end of the job, Paul noticed a few more bricks that needed replacing on the chimney and replaced those at no extra cost (because he hadn't noticed them when he made the initial estimate). He was pleasant and easy to work with. I will definitely call him again."
