Company was very accommodating and communication via email or phone was reliable. We are very pleased with the work and will be using him again. Addition: Jim returned to install the two gutter covers as promised on Saturday, 10/17/20. We were waiting for the wasps to leave their nest before installing the last two covers. Job paid in full previously, so no charge for this."

"When contacting Ron he as able to send someone out for an estimate the next day. He then gave me a estimate over the phone after measuring the windows for $1200. Because my mom is a senior citizen he offered her a senior citizen discount of $50. <br /> Ron then Scheduled the work two days later. The Crew arrived on time and were able to install the windows earlier than estimated.  The work crew was very professional.  They were very careful and meticulous about the plants outside the windows that they were installing.  The work was completed in the amount of time that he said it would be done.  Everything was cleaned up.  The windows are awesome. <br /> I am very happy with the quality of work that was provided. <br />"

"We purchased a new home and met with several contractors to have repairs done to our roof and new gutters installed on our barn. We liked Chris Rahs with Alan Kunsman. He reviewed our home inspection report and came back with a summary of all the work needing to be done. Pricing seemed fair. He was very patient when we changed our mind about copper and went with aluminum. He made a special trip back out to see us when we wanted to be clear about drainage from the new gutters to ensure we wouldn't be creating any problems. We had two different crews...the gutter crew was quick and asked exactly how long we wanted the gutter extensions to be (we were having driveway work done and there was some question as to how we would handle it). The roofing crew was terrific. The lead was really sharp and explained everything and was patient when I made a color change on the flashing at the last minute. Scheduling was a little hairy due to the unending rain and then we pushed off a week because of our decision to install a driveway. All in all they were flexible and accommodating and did the job."

I live out of town and contracted with them (Brian - owner) to have existing porch steps and underlying pavement demolished and replaced for a family member in the Northampton, PA area. I can easily say that my experience with Brian and Jessica (Lifetime Concrete company coordinator who hand held me all the way thru the job) was one of the best "contractor experiences" I have ever had!! Imagine... a contractor who doesn't miss commitments, has no "surprises" and does quality work and who I HIGHLY recommend."

"We called for an appointment, left a message, and Steve returned phone call later that day. We were lucky to get an appointment at this time of the year within a week of calling. Steve showed up on time and was very friendly and honest. He mentioned that our cap was getting a bit rusty but still had some time to go before needing a replacement. Other places would have pushed to have it replaced immediately, but Steve was honest about it. He reviewed everything in detail on what he saw with the chimney, etc. He will be looking into getting us some doors for the fireplace as well. Overall good experience and definitely recommend him. We had a coupon from Angie's list so price was decent."

"My husband wanted a stone fire pit and patio installed in our back yard, so we visited the Home Show in Oaks, PA in the Spring of 2011 to get some ideas. We approached Devin after seeing his display, specifically because he works in natural stone as opposed to pavers. We were impressed with his display and his portfolio and left our email address with him for followup. We heard from him in less than a week and he came to our home shortly afterwards. Our idea for what we wanted was quite vague, but he nonetheless was able to come up with a lovely design. After a few minor adjustments, we contracted with him to perform the work. <br /> <br /> Devin's start date was within one day of his estimated start date (one day early!), he was here early in the morning till late in the afternoon, and worked through the hottest, dryest July we've ever had. We added the sitting walls after he began the project, partly to alleviate a potential drainage issue, and he still managed to finish just a week later than his original estimated end date. <br /> <br /> Devin combines an artist's eye, exacting craftsmenship, an incredibly strong work ethic, and a genuine pride in his work to complete a beautiful project. The patio is beyond what we imagined and we're thoroughly enjoying the fire pit on cool evenings. <br /> <br /> We plan to have Devin back in the Spring to do additional work. <br />"
