"Dennis came over and gave me a quote for a on demand hot water heater and a water pressure pump. My wife and I agreed on the price which was very fair and set it up for the following week. Dennis did an absolutely fantastic job installing the water pressure pump first and then he started on the gas on demand hot water heater. He finished that the next day. Dennis is a perfectionist and measure everything 2 or three times which I think is great. His work is fantastic and he stands behind it. "Very well. Rob was punctual and informative. He took his time explaining to me in colloquial terminology what was happening, not only with the intended project, but a few other things going on in our old house. He then went about working diligently replacing the drain and faucets in our tub. The work took a day and he charged far less then another quote we got from another plumber. Rob had to cut through a very thick and tough tile and cement wall to access the drain. Once the plumbing was installed, he then covered the hole with a plate which turned out to be a good option for the tub aesthetically."

In order for it to go quickly and smoothly it's important to have everything ready including purchasing the sink (if you are providing your own) and faucet, and the original counters clearing off for the template and removed for the install."

"The plumber surmised that the clog was at the T junction with the vertical pipe in the wall and was unsuccessful at getting his snake to go downward after entering from the bottom of the trap. He failed also with an air hose. As he left, he offered to replace the T junction with a Y junction for $285. I subsequently called out another Angie's List plumber, so attacked the problem successfully by removing the trap and snaking downward about 15 ft to the clog. He replace the trap with one that is removal, allowing a snake easier access. This cost $300. I'm still unsure whether replacing the T junction with a Y junction would have solved the problem."
