This latest appointment frustration stems from I had an appointment scheduled for Friday, 02/07 in the afternoon scheduled by Jazz 601-258-3847. The technician was a no show, no call. My appointment was rescheduled by Jazz for Saturday, 03/21 between 8 and 12. I confirmed with Jazz via text message Friday 03/20 at 9:11 am. I received a call from dispatch at 11:15ish stating I was being rescheduled and I needed to make my appointment Mon-Fri. I would like to be scheduled in the morning on the next available Saturday. And I would like that my technician keep the appointment instead of being a no show, no call and/or being rescheduled at random by dispatch."
