"Chase answered all my concerns during the estimate meeting, providing me with information without pressure to buy. Great Plains was also one of the few siding contractors that did not "require" my wife to be present at our in-home meeting. His work crew arrived each morning about eight and left between five and six in the evening after they did a general clean up of the yard. They worked hard and it was easy to see they were a true team as they worked smoothly together. Their craftsmanship and pride is evident in their work. A small issue with missing cosmetic screw plugs for the door window appeared at the end of the job. Even though I had signed off on the project, Chase went the extra mile and made sure to correct the issue (he had to order them twice) himself. As a former contractor in a similar business, I can tell you many contractors would "forget" about this two-dollar type of issue. In summary, professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service distinguish Chase and his Great Plains Exteriors crew."

"Matthew and his team were brought in to perform a face lift for my new property. Paint throughout the main level, including endless amounts of golden oak that needed to be primed, sanded and painted. Ceilings were scraped and re textured. An accent wall was built in the office. All new lighting and tile work was completed. Communication with Matthew was timely and clear. I have to say I was incredibly impressed at the professionalism of his crew and the quality of work they produced in such a short amount of time.
