"We were really pleased with DiOrio's work. We needed a storage platform built in our attic to make room for new insulation. We were concerned a carpenter wouldn't take such a small job so also decided to ask to replace some damaged siding we had here and there around the house. I called DiOrio, and they agreed to come out that week. I had assumed I'd have to make a lot of calls to get someone to come out in the timeframe we needed, so was really happy there. DiOrio was upfront that taking off siding could reveal some underlying damage to the house, which happened to be the case for us. The job went from a $3K estimate to an actual cost of $12K given the extent of the damage. While the cost increase was overwhelming, DiOrio seemed to really know what they were doing. Everything appeared to be done in a high-quality and detailed way, and they communicated with us throughout the process. They were also able to finish the work in a timely way and not keep us hanging on for weeks or months. We're planning to have them back in the spring to check for damage under some additional areas of siding."

"Tonys work experience was obvious and work quality was excellent. Tony repaired deck steps, added deck stair rails, power washed and stained the deck. Would certainly recommend Tony for future projects, and will engage with Tony on projects of my own."

"Entire process exceeded my expectations from the initial contact I had with Alliance to the completion of the project. The proposal I received from Keith provided the level of detail I was looking for and he did a great job in going over the siding products Alliance offered to detailing all the necessary steps in the process. The installation process went very smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. The crew led by Serg were extremely professional, knowledgeable and focused. I could not be happier with the work they did and Serg kept me updated on how the project was progressing and was quick to reach out to me with any questions he had on the proposed installation approach. Therefore, I would recommend Alliance for any home improvement needs that you may need addressed. Lastly, I was so satisfied with the siding installation Alliance did I am now having them replace the two entry doors to my garage. Thank you again Sergiy, Keith, Serg and the rest of the installation crew. CFP Sr."

"The Stoney Brook group were great to work with for our deck project. They are a design / build firm and this was very important to our planning process and for the adjustments that we made during the project. The result is fantastic. We are thrilled with our deck!"

"

My wife and I had previously hired an incompetent contractor who charged $10K just for the initial demo!  We were stuck after we fired him!

We called Mike Foote and told him the story and he showed up right away to go over the details.  Mike came to our rescue!!

On short notice, Mike came right over and came up with a plan for the renovation.  He acted as general contractor supervising the great electrical work (Ken Lowe) and great plumbing (Tom Fotis) work that we had done as well as building us a brand new kitchen and bath (floor to ceiling).  The project took a few months and Mike and his crew (Jaime & Harry) were great to work with!    Very professional and great attention to detail.  Mike suggestions saved us lots of time and money and got our placed finished and made really beautiful and ready to rent before Labor Day as we had hoped!

We would certainly recommended Mike Foote for any renovation or remodeling work and would hire him again in a minute!

Thank you Mike & Crew!

"Excellent!! From start to finish this company was courteous, professional, and had great attention to detail. I recently had a bad experience with another contractor and it was really REALLY nice to have a new and excellent experience to replace the bad one! I would refer anyone I know to this company and would hire them back in a second to do any more painting in the future. My floors were protected as they did the job so when I came home from work later in the day, my apartment was as I left it...no paint marks or scratches on my wood floors, no paint on my kitchen appliances, etc. Samuel is a great painter and Bright Painting is a great company. Thank you!!"

"Lou, Andrew and Lordes were amazing people to work with. We would highly recommend Ranieri Construction to anyone needing pool or decking work. We feel our pool is all set now...better than new!!!! Everyone remarks how nice it looks. Ranieri Construction went above board to meet our needs. They were prompt, always here when they said they would be and continually kept us in the loop of what they were doing and why they were doing it."

"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! OMG! Everyone should use these guys!!!!! Also, I got the bullbag back! I never have to buy another one and its ready to use whenever I feel like doing a clean out or renovation."
