"I submitted requests for service from multiple appliance repair companies, but A 1 Professional Appliance was the only one that got back with me. They were on time, cordial, professional, and skilled. He fixed my ice maker and repaired my LG front load washer on the same visit. The total repair cost was significantly less than I had expected to pay per online research I had done in advance. It has been 4 weeks now since the repairs were completed and everything is still working great. I give A1 appliance a rating of 10 out of 10"

"He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and had my dryer running perfectly in no time. Pricing was fair, communication was great, and it was such a relief to have someone reliable and honest. If you need appliance repair, this is the person to call—absolutely top-notch service!"

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

Hello! I am passionate about working with my hands and getting them dirty. I have been taking things apart, figuring out how they work, and putting them back together again since I was able to hold a wrench. I am an Ex- ASE certified automotive technician, so I thrive with diagnosis and repair! Great with tools and figuring things out!

"The repair of my clothes washer is not complete, needed to order parts."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"William Benson went way beyond expectations in the repair of our washing machine. He called immediately when I put the request out on Home Advisor. His communication as to when he could come to look at the washer was excellent. I will use him again should the need arise and I will recommend him to others needing his services."

"I received an estimate quickly and all of my questions answered in advance of how the job would be done. Mike was flexible to meet my schedule, arrived right on time, and was very pleasant to deal with. The job was completed as expected and I am very satisfied with the repairs. I would use Mike’s handyman service again."
