There were a couple hiccups along the way, including matching the interior paint color and trouble with installing a door handle, but everything worked out ok. "The whole process was relatively smooth. the sales person was good and knowledgeable. After signing the contract, two person crew came to measure. It took about a month and a half before windows were ready. Scheduling during the winter was a bit difficult, but it was not their problem. In bad weather, I would not want them climbing a tall ladder to install the window. Install was done professionally. We are satisfied. We would use them again.
