"Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! We were seriously getting desperate and didn't know if we were ever going to get our floor fixed. HUGE thank you to Brian for the expertly rescuing our floor!"

"If you are looking to redo your floors in any part of your home, this is the company to hire. After reading some reviews, I contacted Dannys Flooring, LLC. The Sales Manager, Jeff, came out the following day to give me an estimate. After he gave me an estimate of the flooring I wanted, and where I wanted the work done, I compared pricing with 2 other estimates and contacted Jeff, again. We picked a date for installation. Jeff came the morning of installation to introduce us to his team of workers. After an 8 hour day, I would like to share with all of you my text with Jeff after the team of 5 or 6 young men left. Jeff, your team did an OUTSTANDING job, today. You will have to stop by to see how great the kitchen and laundry room floors look. We could not be happier with our choice of flooring, your help, and their installation work. They all worked very hard today to make us happy! Thank you so much! "I hired them because I needed to get the floor finished in a bedroom. However, I do not appreciate the high-pressure sales tactics they used. I had another vendor scheduled to come out and they basically said if I do not sign the contract right then, the price would go up. ] I should have said goodbye at that point but I wanted the job done and they did provide a price that was comparable with what we were willing to pay. The floor feels spongy and not what I was hoping for based on the sample we chose. I have more rooms to replace but I will not be hiring this company."

"Larry was very helpful over the phone even before he came out to do an estimate for the job. There wasn't a hugh difference in price in the 3 estimates I got but Larry was more concerned that I got what I wanted and didn't try and sell me something else as the other 2 companies tried to do. I wanted an unfinished floor to be stained a certain color and the others keep trying to talk me into a pre-finished floor. He/crew were on time and worked weekends to get the job done before painters came in the following week. The floors are beautiful and I would have him back anytime to do any other work I might have.

This made me nervous, howerver when i contacted you about it, he assured me they would go back to normal in 24 hours. He was correct, they looked great after another day."

"Juan and his dad are very friendly very hard workers. On the floor refinishing. They refinished 20+ year old floors. They replaced water damaged wood. Very good job. There are sanding marks in some areas, but overall very good. They just need to slow down a little. On tile install: Looks good, but tile is not professionally level. It's nicely done, but few tiles are not well lined up, and not level. We had a very large floor area to install but I don't recall them using a level. It certainly looks good. They still need to come back and finish a few things (thresholds). I've called Juan once, but need to call him again to remind him.... I would recommend them. They are good on price, they need to slow down a bit, and finish up."
