"Had Roto rooter come out in November, paid cash to the employee and he wrote down 11-2022 instead of 8-2023 into the warranty system and wrote in we paid $450 which we paid $900 so he stole money and now they won’t warranty are clogged main line now. Called main office the lady was very rude and cursing then hung up the phone. Roto rooter is the scummiest company I have ever used. If you want to get screwed over by a big name use Roto rooter. Never again."

"I’m extremely satisfied with Regional. We had three sump pumps that needed to be replaced (primary, secondary, and water powered backup). The quote was very reasonable, and they were able to do the work shortly after their initial visit. They replaced everything with Liberty pumps. Justin and Erich did the work and they were very professional. We had them quote out a couple of other items (replacing water heater, etc) and those quotes were also very reasonable. I will definitely hire them for future jobs."

"Contacted Four Seasons to rod my sewer drain. They came out and stated that they would need to come back the next day with the rod and camera water jet to see what is clogging the line. In order to lock in the amount of almost $1500 and the time of 8am-1pm, I will need to make a down payment of half. I did half. The next day a guy from the company came with only the rod.and when I questioned him about the camera, he ignored me and continued his conversations via phone with others. Later he tells me after I asked again about the camera that I owed the other half $750. I did not pay and informed him that I didn?t get the services that I had made a deposit for in the beginning. He then started that the guys are busy and will be out on Monday 1/12/2026. He stated he went 55ft with rodding. No one came on 1/12/2026. On 1/12/2026 and 1/13/2026 I spoke to 3 managers and a supervisor?Brian, Jenny, and another person who didn?t know Jenny or Bryan and I was told that the rodding was $740 and"

"Steve Gavin, the owner came out and provided me with a great price that was inclusive of the entire scope of the project. During our meeting he took the time to explain the process that his company uses. Once the permits were issued the crew arrived the next morning at 7:00 a.m. as promised. The crew met the deadline for a 1:30 inspection from the Village of Deerfield. They not only met the deadline but they passed the inspection without any issues to be corrected. The crew worked until 7:00 p.m. completing the job. I would also note that they left my home spotless!"

"SAVE YOUR MONEY THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! This company charged me for a brand new pump in 2015. It recently went out. When they came out and pulled the pump out they told me they did not put that pump in and they have not put those kinds of pumps in in 30 years. They also proceeded to tell me that the date code on it was from 2004. They replaced the pump with what I hope for the second time is brand new. In the mean time I found my receipt from 2015 because they “could not find it” in their files. On my receipt it says they put in a brand new pump in 2015. This means they must have put in a used pump in 2015 and charged me full price for a brand new one as they just did again in 2020!! Office staff is very rude and unprofessional. They were not willing to work with us in the least bit. When I asked the owner why he told me they have not put those pumps in in 30 years his reply was “ I was just saying that.”"
