"Overall, this contractor did a good job. On the plus side, contact was made VERY quickly. The plumber was on time & was a GREAT communicator. The rates were reasonable & the work was done well. My drain works great & there are no leaks in the new pipes (as of this writing). Some little negatives - On the initial visit, the plumber didn't have the necessary tools to work on removing the trap. My husband did, so he was able to work on the blocked drain. A second visit was needed to replace pipe & the professionals were prompt & well prepared, but the wet towels that were used to soak up water from the pipe were left in the work area."

"Service person look at the most cost effect option for my repair."

"They did an awesome job. Allen Laundie was very personable and explained everything as he was working. Showed us the camera in the sewer line so we could see where the issue was."

"Excellent! A successful drain clean is pretty self explanatory. But what also matters to me is the respect and professionalism of the person who enters my home. Tom was the absolute perfect person for me, and I believe gave a truly positive impression for Young Plumbing. He did his work, explained it along the way, and was personable enough to put me at ease. I could not have asked for more."

"Very well. It took two visits to determine the extent of the work. I am hoping all this work does the trick and our drains work more properly. We were experiencing slow draining in the two kitchen sinks. The building is old, 131 years old, and has the original stack. The technician said that our catch basin and sewer line are in good shape. It took some time to clear the stack. There is some concern that the stack might need replacing in the future."
