"I’m extremely satisfied with Regional. We had three sump pumps that needed to be replaced (primary, secondary, and water powered backup). The quote was very reasonable, and they were able to do the work shortly after their initial visit. They replaced everything with Liberty pumps. Justin and Erich did the work and they were very professional. We had them quote out a couple of other items (replacing water heater, etc) and those quotes were also very reasonable. I will definitely hire them for future jobs."

"Erich Sarna was the service tech that installed my water heater. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Every step of the install he went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right! He installed new shut off valves for the gas line and water line. Those items could have been skipped and I would not have thought of replacing them he insisted for safety reasons.He also installed a pressure tank to extend the life of the water heater! "Great thanks Technicians TONY and TYLER! This service rang ALL the bells. They were very professional and pleasant. I Had them replace three shutoff valves under the sink which were frozen and had small leaks. I asked about cheaper fixes and they advised replacing the whole valves, which was actually what I preferred. They gave a price and it was exactly what I researched as being a good, reasonable price. They were quick and exact and tested all of the valves that they replaced (hot/cold/dishwasher). I have used them in the past and have also used other plumbing services. The other plumbing services that I have used were shoddy at best and not very professional. This service is just what the doctor ordered. I will definitely use this service again. They were right on time and easy to schedule. They use the best quality parts that will last for years. "Terrible. A few years ago I had Four Seasons install a humidifier, That went fine. A short time after installation the Humidifier began to leak into the heater and we had to replace the entire heater. When we did that, the technician noticed that the pad in the humidifier was chocked up with solids from the water. I had purchased two inline water filters and at our next maintenance review, The Four Seasons technician rerouted the copper tubing, and installed the two water filters I had purchased. At our next fall review, I had purchased two new filters and asked the technician to replace the two water filters with the new ones I had just purchased. He said 'Fine - no problem and proceeded to replace the water filers. Today was our next Fall review and I had the water filters ready to be installed. I was taking a nap and when the technician arrived he said that there would be a charge of $179 fir gun ti do that so my wife declined. When I got up from my nap, my wife related the story of the technicians not installing the water filters. I have not called four seasons about this yet, but I will. I checked my email and there was an email from Four Seasons requesting a review for the work that had just been done. There was no place on their email to tell this story. There were however links to Angie's List and a couple of other places to tell my story. We have been using Four Seasons since 2014 when we had replace the air conditioner. after the water from the humidifier leaked into the heating portion of the unit, I had to replace the heating portion and Four seasons did that. I have been using Four Seasons ever subce we gad to replace the air conditioner this is the first and only issue I have had with them"

"Hector , Jose and Martha are extremely nice and they do a wonderful job. I had them paint my entire house, remove and install new flooring throughout the home, insulate my attic and install an attic ladder. Drywall my garage ceiling, clean out my crawlspace, install a ceramic tile shower, build a front deck and power wash my entire home. They also cleaned and revarnish my cabinets and all the woodwork in the home, including a beautiful front door that needed to be sanded and varnished. They can basically do everything. Everything came out very nice and if you had anything that you wanted changed or corrected, they took care of it right away. I am thankful that we have them as our home contractor. Would recommend them to everyone. No job too big or too small for them. It has been a pleasure working with them."

"I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Kouder when I first moved in to my new home and needed some lights replaced. He replaced a fan, some outdoor lights and installed a new safety light in the backyard for me. His work quality is excellent! He is very fair in pricing too.
