"I had an extremely frustrating experience with East Coast Comfort regarding a split AC/heat system. I first contacted them in July when the AC was not working properly. In October, after speaking with my HOA, I was told the unit was under warranty, which East Coast Comfort confirmed. Technicians came out, but the system only worked briefly before failing again. During the visit, one technician seemed unfamiliar with basic operation of the unit, and another stepped on my bed with dirty shoes, which I found unprofessional. In November, I was told there was a leak and a faulty sensor, but the issue was not fully resolved. Now, its a Christmas, and I am cold in my apartment, and East Coast wants more money for their visit, for something that they never fixed."

"Jeff and his team did and excellent job with the installation of two Daikin HVAC units. I had many questions about the units and install and they were quick and thorough in responding. The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. So far the Daikin variable speed AC units are exceptionally quiet and the house is very comfortable. Would recommend Ace Home Services and Unique Comfort without reservation."

"My wall gas heater one day just went out. I called several companies and was told they didn’t service that type of heater. One company gave me the number for Angi. The guys with Whitestone came immediately and suggested I replace it because the problem was the pilot. I bought a new heater and they installed it in just a couple of days later. I feel that they were very knowledgeable, diligent and pleasant. It’s working great."

The price was very reasonable and his work ethic phenomenal. He went above what was quoted and stayed extra free of charge. Such a hard working and conscientious guy. Highly recommend!!!"

"I scheduled an appointment with them in response to their ad to flush a hot water tank for $49, no trip charge or add on expenses. After scheduling and in advance of the appointment I called for details regarding the service to be provided at this very hard to believe price. No matter what time of day I called I was always routed to an answering service that only scheduled appointments. Each time they said they would reach out to a manager to get my questions answered. After 3 calls and an email without a response, I cancelled my appointment."

"Jeff has installed heating and air conditioning for me about 12 years ago. I couldnâ t say enough on the manufacture and the efficiency that he recommended to get. I never had a breakdown. I always had seasonal maintenance to maintain my units at top efficiency and during the maintenance. Jeff would check necessarily components to make sure all is at the peak of performance. If he find something not fully performing at 100%. He lets me know and give the time table on when to replace it before the actual probable breakdown of the part.
