"Oscar was exceptional in repairing my AC unit. I called him on a Friday afternoon and he diagnosed the issue right over the phone. He would have came out the same day if it wasn’t due to the rain. Instead he came out Saturday morning and fixed the issue in about 30 minutes. The price was more than reasonable.I would highly recommend him to anyone."

"The team of four guys worked very hard over the course of two days to do all of the above work.  They were professional and explained everything to us.  The used tarps and cleaned up after finishing each day.  In addition, two different supervisors stopped by multiple times over the two days to check in on the progress of the work.
We were extremely pleased by the excellent work and customer service.  We had been in our home for about a year and the air conditioning has never worked as well as it does now.

They are really good. I had four guys out here for, like three days. They put in a great heat pump real easily. Not only did they put in a new furnace, but the ducting that was in here at the house was, like, 30 years old so they tore it out and re-did it with custom ducting made out of big sheets of metal. They only charged me $3,000 for the furnace. I am glad I did because it has made a huge difference in the air quality here. They came out yesterday. They said they would be back for the winter servicing. I have an oil backup so they were out for a number of hours yesterday. They will service it for the next 10 years and it is under warranty for 10 years too. They are great guys. Frank Ford is the owner of it. He and his guys do excellent work and really care. Their prices are as good as anybody. The price depends on what unit you get so it is hard to say. These guys are terrific. I would say if you needed a new heat pump or furnace they should be number one on your list.

"EXCELLENT. Had Horizon Services (who I was contracted with until today) come out to do the annual service. Guy came without his equipment, told me he couldn’t purge the system, and then told me it’s better to have my oil company service our boiler anyway and to cancel our service with Horizon. Consider that done. Called Patriot. They were upset that Horizon was ripping us off and didn’t fulfill their contract. Then they passed my info on to their techs who were in the area and stopped to see if they could do anything even though they were in their oil delivery truck and not their service truck. These guys came, fixed the issue, and left in about a half an hour. NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. This is the second time Patriot has come out last minute when a different company failed and fixed our problem. These guys are AWESOME. Highly recommend them to everyone looking for heating oil or service. Thank you again Patriot!"

"Adem first came to the house for my $49 AC tune-up.  The AC wasnt working but I thought it just needed a good tune-up.  I was wrong.  Adem opened the outside unit and it was covered in ants and dirt.  Then to make matters worse, he told me I needed a new fan motor.  The estimate for the job was $900.  Not what I wanted to hear.  I agreed and he said he would order the motor and be back in a week. 
Adem came back and said he was thinking about my AC unit and wanted to try something else before he replaced the motor.  Well whatever he did worked!!!  I was absolutely thrilled that someone would be honest and dedicated enough to try to repair something before the doing the high cost of replacement.  The cost dropped to $575. 
Adem stuck with it and got the job done quickly.  He also cleaned by outside unit which makes everything run more efficiently.  My AC has never worked so well in the 7 years I've been in my house.  It works so well that I have to keep the thermostat up around 75 degrees because the house gets really cold now.
Adem is a great guy and a great mechanic.  He's very personable and really has your best interests in mind.  Adem is my new HVAC guy.  He will be back just before winter to tune up my heater.  I'm really looking forward to those lower electric bills!!!
