"Our windows were falling off the house. I considered a couple different companies, in addition to self-install, before making an appointment with Window Nation. We chose a mid-range window. Some frame-outs were required to remedy rotting sills. Window Nation was very professional, from the salesman, Jon, to the customer service rep, Hamaad, who kindly followed up with us after the install. All of our questions were answered. The price was fair. Although we could have paid a bit less elsewhere, we financed the whole project, and Window Nation took care of everything, even carting off the old, nasty windows. They put down tarps, cleaned up, cauked, added foam insulation, etc. They came with plenty of guys to take care of nine windows, also. I would call Window Nation again. Quality work and company!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
