"the install went rather well except for the one glaring problem - that your installers started to replace a window in my neighbors house! When I discovered it, the subcontractor doing the actual work had clearly realized he had done so and was working on repairing the problems he created. however, when I called up to him to be sure he know it was the WRONG house, his response was very rude as he clearly didn't want me to make a big deal about it. Later when I was asking him about the window install process (because I couldn't see any foam being used to seal the window space, he was rude again and proceeded to lecture me that he had been doing this for 14 years and that he was the expert, not me. Even though this was the same guy who had actually been removing one of my neighbors windows."

"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
