"Peter and Mark were very professional. I needed to replace the HVAC dampers and the communication with Peter was excellent and we had all questions answered ahead of time so we didnt have any last minute surprises. They showed up on time and installed the dampers and the HVAC control panel. Very thorough and clean with their work. I've already recommended them to my neighbors."

"I am a general contracting company and highly recommend this company for any heating or a/c problems. Also for any new installations. Thank you"

"We were very pleased with the work that the Genove technicians did. They removed our 40-year-old gas boiler and associated water heater and replaced it with a new system. They tested the new system carefully, put explanatory tags on all of the relevant pipes and faucets, and cleaned up well. The team members were polite and worked hard. We had similarly good experiences when Genove technicians came to repair our central AC system. They were knowledgeable and efficient, got the system going again, and the price was fair. We continue to use this company for heating and AC repairs."

"Their service was great and they were very helpful!"

"I had relied on Total Comfort for years to service and maintain my two-zone whole house natural gas-based central HVAC, so had complete confidence in them when I chose them after a patient bidding-process to install a whole house Mitsubishi heat pump system in a gut renovation. They surpassed my already high expectations! From Wendell the boss to his right-hand men James and Nelson to every of the technicians involved in the extensive process, Total Comfort excelled in every respect and were great colleagues to my other contractors. They have my unreserved recommendation. SIX out of five stars!"

"Airco is a great family-owned and operated business, very fair and knowledgeable. They replaced our forced air central heating system (oil) in a day, and were quick to respond and get to work despite how busy things were during the January cold-spell. I would highly recommend for your heating and cooling needs!"

"Pete did an excellent job on our annual clean and check up for our mini-split ductless system."

"We needed a new faucet installed and a toilet repaired. It was easy to book an appointment and Matt was on time. He was very professional. He has great customer service skills and he did the work in a couple of hours. We definitely will use Milltown Plumbing again."

"Nice, professional, reliable guys ran gas line from outside to my kitchen and installed a new stove. Excellent service and clear communication. I will hire them again. My electrician was also impressed with them."

"Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."
