He had everything he needed right then and there to find out what was wrong. Also, the problem should be fixed in about 2 days which is super fast compared to my experience with other repair companies. I would defiantly recommend."

"Charlie came and changed out the capacitor, still would not work, then changed out that old loud fan in the compressor. Well those 2 parts did the trick!! Once again, Charlie to the rescue, and my AC has been fine. Thankfully!! Charlie always has a way of explaining in full detail so even someone who is not trained in these areas, can understand. And that really is important to me. I highly recommend Charlie, for Heating and AC..He is very honest, knows his craft, and is more than fair.
