They fixed the electrical issue immediately and recommended new GFCIs be installed. "We had a fine experience with these folks. Our house is old (1939), so all electrical work is challenging. They relocated a 220v outlet (which required work in the crawl space), added another 110v outlet, upgraded an outside outlet to GFCI, installed a new doorbell and a new ceiling light to replace an old one that was failing. Everything was done well and professionally. We ended up with a callback when one of the outlets needed to be relocated â and they responded promptly and efficiently. "Smoothly. Chris and Dale were the technicians performing the work starting at 0830. They called at 0810 and said they were stuck in traffic and would be delayed. They still arrived on time and ready to work. I showed them where the item that was to be installed was located and explained to them the problems I was having with the light switches in the kitchen were not working properly. In short order they identified the problem with the switches and replaced the improperly used switches in no time and the switches were working properly again. With the ceiling fan in the kitchen they removed the old fan and placed the old parts in a box, installed and tested the new ceiling fan taking great care to ensure that everything was working and installed properly. I have never seen someone devote that much care and attention to detail when installing a ceiling fan. Call A & H Electric Company LLC when you have any job that needs doing. "Paul was professional and very meticulous. Initially he came to my home to view the project and gave me a free estimate for the work to be done. I got on his schedule, and he was prompt in his arrival to include calling me once he was about 20 minutes from my house. Paul removed an old vanity light, skillfully patched up the hole and prepped the wall to install two new vanity lights in different locations. By doing this, he had to run two additional lines behind the drywall to provide power for the two vanity lights. The two vanity lights were precisely marked and placed evenly over each mirrow and sink. Paul also removed a wall outlet from the front wall, patched that hole and installed a new wall outlet on the side wall to make the vanity area look the same on both sides of each sink. The new side wall outlet required Paul to enter the crawl space to run a dedicated line up to it. Once all work was complete, everything thing was tested to ensure it was in excellent operating condition and safe. The area was cleaned including the counter space and the floor insuring nothing was left behind for a job well done. My next electrical job, I will definitely call Paul Higginbotham."

"Even though I did not hire them due to their higher cost, the person who came to do the consultation was well dressed, came in a company van and was very knowledgeable. If cost is not a consideration and you are looking for someone who provides white glove service, who will come and do the job in a very clean and professional way than give these guys a shot. We could not fit them into our small project budget of installing couple of ceiling fans hence we went with someone more reasonable. I gave 4 stars and that is because the Angi system did not match them up properly for my project. So that 1 star is taken away not because of the service provider but due to Angi platform not creating proper match for the project. FYI, I needed to replace 6 fans + install 1 new fan. Their cost of replacement or install was more than the cost of each fan hence it was not a good fit for my project."
