Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Excellent service.  Our first move from Hanover to Severn ended up being on the rainiest day on record.  Guys came out, moved everything that could be moved with out water damage.  They were fast, and there was no damage even under horrible conditions, and a 2 difficult angled landings between floors.  On our second move, they hustled to get everything packed and loaded on the first day.  When we met them in NC, they got everything unpacked and moved into place with speed and no damage to any furniture.  Some of the items we had include two very heavy recliner couches, and 4 bedrooms worth of stuff.
