"Dishonest.. companies like this is who you want to stay away from. Don’t use them. Tech came and tried to charge me 965 dollars for minor toilet leak. To buy the part which is a gasket and some screws it would cost me 965. If I were to replace the entire toilet it would cost me 1500.00! The kohler genuine part cost is 7.00 on Amazon and Home Depot. So even if they had 100% markup on the it should have cost 14-15 dollars for the part. That means they wanted to charge 950+ dollars in labor. Lowe’s sells a brand new kohler toilet for 199.99 and will professionally install it for 250.00! This company is dishonest. Don’t use them."

Ten years ago I found Patriot on an app like this and have been happy with them UNTIL 4 days ago. Four days ago they came out to perform seasonal maintenance. The tech made a 'rookie' mistake (per owner Jake) which ended up making it necessary to replace a circuit board. I offered to pay half the cost. Jake refused saying he wouldn't accept the offer. WHAT? I'm having to repair my HVAC - which was working efficiently and no issues - at my expense because their 'rookie' tech broke something? This is not the way to do business. Please cancel my service contract and refund my money. Interesting question at the end of this review: 'would you hire them again?' H*** NO"
