Once they arrived, it took maybe 10 minutes to clear out a grease clog 65ft out from my sink. They made it look easy peasy! They're also a 24 hour on call service, if you have a plumbing emergency! It's very nice to have that service so close, here in Porter. They'll definitely be my go-to in the future!"

"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."

"Everything went as planned and were finished prior to the timeline that was set out from the beginning. Roberto is very good at what he does and keeps you updated during all phases of the process. We wrestled with the idea of going cheaper and hiring out each phase of the renovation and doing our own general contracting work, but we are very glad we hired Roberto and his guys to help us instead. At no point during the process was i worried the job wouldn't get done in the manner we wanted it done. The master bath vanities and kitchen island were our signature pieces and Ismael and his guys built them exactly the way we wanted. The tiling was done so well we added on installing stone tile on the fireplaces. One of the fireplaces was not up to Roberto's liking so he made the tiler remove it and fix it at his own cost. Roberto looks at the job as what he would want if it were his house, so never had to worry that he would cut corners or let things not be perfect."

They gave me an excellent bid price and even after I looked at the damage in better light and told them there was more to be repaired, they still didn't charge me more. They showed up exactly on time, assessed the situation, obtained the necessary materials, and completed the job right away. They actually saved us money because they did such a good job of reattaching the garage door rails that we did not have to call out a garage door repair place. My husband, who is no easy critic, was super-impressed and so was I. I will absolutely contact them with any future projects."

When he arrived he put covers on his shoes and (with no prompting from me) was respectful of my wood floors and carried his necessary equipment instead of rolling it through my house. He was professional, polite and very reasonably priced. If I have plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely give JR Plumbing a call again."
