"Joe's team did an excellent job renovating our house in 2022: painting everywhere including garage, installing a new floorings in all rooms and bathrooms, replacing the roof shingles and the deck, cleaning up under porch, replacing some of the lights, insulating the attic, removing sky lights, completing the basement walls and ceiling covering. I needed my basement renovated ASAP and Mr. Anthony met with me in a timely manner explaining in great detail the work he would perform and how pleased I would be! Let me tell you he did NOT disappoint because he and his partner Mark performed what I call a â  miracleâ  in renovating my basement and went above and beyond my expectations!!!! Iâ  ve shown many the before and after pictures of what I now can call my family room and the response each time was how â  beautifulâ  of a job Anthony did!! If you are in need a great contractor donâ  t look anywhere else but A & J Contractor and call Anthony NOW! My family still canâ  t believe what A & J Contractor did with that old and in bad shape basement!! Very professional and the many years of experience really was on display!! "Family Room remodel included: carpet removal, installation of heated flooring and Luxury Vinyl Planks. Added quarter round. Repaired damaged drywall and painted. Bathroom included: removal of vanity, 2 walls of tile, and mosaic tile floor. Installed heated flooring, vanity, ceramic tile, mirror, backsplash. Excellent work from a good crew. This was my second hire of Rose construction."

"If you are looking for someone to do foundation work on your home or business, Engineered Foundation Solutions are the people to call! After contacting them through their website, I was contacted the next day to set an appointment for an estimate. They worked with my schedule and I met with Brian within 5 days. I explained to Brian my problem and they developed a plan to solve it . I had an proposal in 3 days. After I sent my down payment and they put me on their schedule, Shannon their office manager contacted me every Friday to keep me updated that they were still coming on that date. Jeff their engineer, came to my house a week before work was to start to go over the work to be performed and answer my questions. Their work crew was very friendly and professional. From day one, I felt like they cared about solving my problem and that we were part of their family. I highly recommend Engineered Foundation Solutions for all you foundation repair needs!"
