"Called Steveâ  s Plumbing just to get a diagnoses and found out that the heater was in bad shape (14 years old) and needed to be replaced. Was surprised to see what came out when it was flushed. Technicians, Robert Gracie Jr. and Zachary Yamaguchi came out and the job was done the same day, unbelievable!! They did a fantastic job, knowledgeable, and courteous. Price of the Solar Water Heater is very expensive. I have gone with this company before for my central Air and was content with the job. I was told that I was going with the wrong company when I showed a picture of their truck because they were ripoffs. I am very satisfied with the outcome of this job and highly recommend them. "Sean and his foreman Chris did a great job of repairing all of the dry rot on my home (approximately 200 linear feet), priming the new lumber, caulking and sparkling all of the work, pressure washing the house, and repainting the house and gates. Sean also replaced my bathroom light fixture, repaired one of our outdoor faucets, removed all of our raingutters, and filled the gutter downspout holes in the sidewalk with concrete. Sean was able to contact a roofer to take up and replace the shingles that needed to be removed to do the repair work as well as a company to replace the gutters.
