"The employee that served me tried everything he could to fix my disposal without replacing it. I appreciate someone that goes up and beyond."

"I had a leak in the hot water pipe near the water heater. Instead of just patching a pipe that had leaked before, Mr. Cooksey replaced the pipe. He also inspected and replaced the cold water pipe as well, which was not leaking but also was damaged. He was very professional and straightforward to work with. I feel confident the leaking pipe has been thoroughly dealt with."

"Road Runner called us immediately after submitting the request on Home Advisor and they were at our house within two hours. Our water heater was leaking and they said it couldn’t be repaired and must be replaced. They were able to complete the job the same day and the service technicians were very friendly. The only issue is that it was quite a bit more expensive than I expected. We got a 40 gallon Bradford White Defender installed with a pressure pump and the total cost with tax was $2600. Labor was well over half of the total which seemed excessive, but we were in a pinch so we agreed. Everything else was great."

"Kevin called the same evening I went online. He gave a ballpark quote over the phone with the caviat that it was just a ballpark. He arrived early to our scheduled appointment. He was friendly, reliable and answered questions. He had to make several trips to his van for things and made a run for parts once he saw the situation for our leaky faucets. We would use KJ plumbing again."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Lincoln, AR

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
