Another plumbing company quoted us a huge price (many thousands) and claimed we had an urgent situation, and PSP knew that. They could easily have tried to sell us a big job. Instead, after doing another camera (2 hours of 2 people), they charged us the price we had agreed on in advance and told us not to waste our money on the big job.
