"On November 15th Chicago was hit with some extreme wind gusts that caused my water heater pilot light to extinguish. I thought this was a simple reset, but the problem was more complicated. I learned the electrode was defective. Had I undertaken this project as a DIY, I would have spent more time than I would have cared to try to figure out why I could not get a flame for my water heater. I was smart to call Four Seasons. "Patrick, the owner made the service call to my house in about 1/2 hour. I was alone, babysitting for my two grandchildren and very worried. I explained my problem, he told me what to look for (a water shut off valve) and asked if I could turn the water off. I told him I would try. I was frantic because with the babies, then not finding any shut off valve, water coming up from the floor, and clearing way for what I thought would be a wall tear down - Patrick and his "manager" (?) arrived. (Mind you, my family also came to help, but did not locate the shut off valve). The water pipe happened to run under my bedroom floor! Needless to say, WITHIN MINUTES the rushing water stopped. I still have water for daily household use as the problem was a broken pipe to the exterior spigot.  Patrick was soaked, yet took the time to explain to me why exactly this had happened. He encouraged me to wait until the Spring when the weather is warmer to make any changes and repairs. Patrick is professional, knowledgeable, and quite a gentleman, (despite being waterlogged) and I felt that he gave me all options for this future repair.

"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."

"They started at 7:00 AM as planned were on time. The workers were very professional. They completed the installation by 6:00 PM at night. Installer said he smelled some,gas,by the water heater and replace the gas piping. Workers were very professional. Installed equipment looked awesome. They neatly routed the new suction and discharge piping as well as the pvc exhaust. They also redid the water heater piping and removed the old furnace vent piping. They,have a great warrantry compared to the other vendors who quoted. They,replaced the inlet duct assembly. Great job TDH. The equipment replaced a furnace and air conditioner that was 32 years old. They cleaned up and used temporary covers on the floor so as not to get it dirty. Hauled away old equipment. I highly recommend them if you are installing new/replacement HVAC. "They responded quickly and were very friendly and professional. They initially planned to rod-out our sewer line, but the camera showed that the old cast iron line was broken in at least one place. This was consistent with the experience of other homes in our neighborhood, which are all starting to have the same problems. They did what they could, closed it back up, and provided a quote for digging up the line in the front yard. Despite the tight space between our front stoop and sidewalk, they were able to dig straight down by hand and then undermine the stoop without removing it since that side was supported on the foundation. They found multiple breaks in the line and also found that the cast iron unusually went out another 40-50 feet and had more cracks in it. They offered the option for replacing all of it or just replacing the section directly in front of the stoop. We decided just to replace all of it. Despite the change in plans, they did have us up and running on the first day of the dig. They replaced all of the copper and cast iron in the house with PVC and patched us into the remainder of the old line, since they could not come back until a few days later. They used the proper bronze solder-to-threaded fittings between the old copper and the new PVC (no rubber boots). The second phase took two days, since they discovered that the clay pipe was 8.5 feet down. They did get the new pipe laid down and patched in by the end of the first day, though, and had everything back together by the middle of the second. They replanted our bushes and put things back together. They used the proper permits and the village inspected their work before they buried it."
