"Tankless water heater went on the fritz last Monday. Submitted HomeAdvisor request for quote and Rob called almost immediately. Took some pictures of the old unit and plumbing and had an all in reasonable estimate. They came out next morning (to the city no less) and installed new unit in a few hours, explained everything and tested and was within estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional. Have great hot water on demand. Wife is very happy as our old Eternal tankless struggled ever since we moved in 3 years ago. Very happy with the recommended Navien and installation from RA."

"Patrick, the owner made the service call to my house in about 1/2 hour. I was alone, babysitting for my two grandchildren and very worried. I explained my problem, he told me what to look for (a water shut off valve) and asked if I could turn the water off. I told him I would try. I was frantic because with the babies, then not finding any shut off valve, water coming up from the floor, and clearing way for what I thought would be a wall tear down - Patrick and his "manager" (?) arrived. (Mind you, my family also came to help, but did not locate the shut off valve). The water pipe happened to run under my bedroom floor! Needless to say, WITHIN MINUTES the rushing water stopped. I still have water for daily household use as the problem was a broken pipe to the exterior spigot.  Patrick was soaked, yet took the time to explain to me why exactly this had happened. He encouraged me to wait until the Spring when the weather is warmer to make any changes and repairs. Patrick is professional, knowledgeable, and quite a gentleman, (despite being waterlogged) and I felt that he gave me all options for this future repair.

"These guys are great and were definitely the best value. Very knowledgeable and up on the latest technology and research in home comfort. We discussed some possible upgrades to improve efficiency and comfort and I was very confident in my decisions. Installers were professional and hard-working. The owner, Tim, is a really nice guy and I didn't feel rushed or pressured as we were talking through the options. Office staff was on the ball with gentle (not aggressive) follow ups. Also, TDH Mechanical guarantees the system for 12 YEARS parts AND labor!!! So if something, anything goes wrong with the system (other than you bashing it with a hammer or like your basement flooding) they come out and fix it at NO charge. That sealed the deal for me. It was refreshing to see somebody stand by the product and workmanship like that. I give them the highest marks."

"The job went very well.
On day one I was very lucky that they had availability within a couple of hours. Kyle took a look at the water heater and when I left him to put his recommendation together, he took the initiative to look around a bit more. It turned out I originally showed him a small water heater that was supporting the radiant heat below my basement floor. More appropriately, Kyle located the main water heater which was the one that needed replacement. Nice job!!
J. Blanton was able to install the new water heater on day two (the following day).  They arrived promptly and drained and removed the older heater and installed the new one within three hours.  I had hot water not long after.  The team of Kyle and Mike were professional, proficient and delivered a job well done.
