"Best Option came out in the middle of the night to remove like 5 inches of water in our basement and keep the water down until the plumber came un the morning. Gerald stayed out for hours the first night to ensure the water stayed down, when it came to cleaning up, Gerald and Joe dried out our basement and removed the carpet snd drywall and left it very clean and easy to rebuild (which I hired Best Option for as well). I highly recommend Gerald and Best Option as they handle everything from start to finish."

They refused to send me pictures to prove to me that my basement was sealed properly. (Scary) Now I will have to hire someone else to clean up white powder residue left in room with missing door near the treated area. They refused to return and clean up the mess, owner told me since they did not treat the room next to treated area, they will not return to clean up white powder residue. I even pay an extra $250.00 just to clean in advance. Moving forward I will not pay a company in advance for a Job."
