"A large contingent of workers arrived on schedule. They moved the remaining stuff in the basement, a collection of 47 years of "stuff", and got right to it. They jack hammered the perimeter of the basement, removed the concrete, laid new drainage piping, recemented the floor, and painted the moldy walls with a water proof sealant paint. The job took 2 days. They didn't make a mess. They didn't leave my gates open so my dogs could escape (VERY important to me). They sealed off the work area so that dirt and dust wouldn't come into other areas of the house. They mixed concrete in my driveway but left no trace of this on departure. The workmen were industrious, finishing this large project in a very short time. We are happy with this contractor."

Everything that Fred Ouellette explained during the estimate visit a month earlier was right on. after the installation they took the time to explain the new thermostat until we were comfortable with operating it. "Joey D, James, and Talib were hard workers who took care to protect the areas that were not impacted by their work. They cleaned up the work area very thoroughly. The work included removing dry wall and paneling from the exterior walls of the basement. They trenched around the exterior, installed 2 sumps and drainage channels, replaced 6 window wells, added new drain to the sump in the exterior stairwell, covered exterior walls with moisture barrier, and repaired the concrete. All work was completed in the 5 days scheduled. They communicated well and answered all my questions and concerns. Joey D, James, and Talib make a great team, are employees of JES, and will do a good job for you. They know what they are doing."

"Outstanding. They dug to the bottom of the foundation and patched the entire length of the crack, inside and outside. The outside patch was heavy black epoxy with a very heavy rubber patch 3 feet by 8 feet. They did some drain work at the base of the foundation. The pit was about 6 feet deep. The yard looked better after they had finished than before they started. They returned the inside basement wall insulation to original state along with an inside patch. Work crew of 3. I had three companies come to inspect and give me an estimate. LUX was the best price. One company suggested an inside patch only which would not last the life of the building. Very professional and hard working. After cleanup it appeared as if no one had done major work on my house. They were the best contractor and lowest price."
