"My shower was started by a prior contractor who did a sloppy job of mudding the shower area, put up a not level new wall and an uneven shower floor. But Rogers small team fixed the shower's prep work, they did a nothing shy of a gorgeous tile job and somehow gave me a perfectly level wall for my new glass door. I am not only perfectly satisfied, I'm still baffled at how they could fix it all with very little to no sign of the prior works sloppiness. The team is currently only 3 people, and that's perfect because I really don't want a swarm of people in my house. They cleaned up after themselves and were at all times 100% professional. I had bought large tiles that could not work in the small area and Roger helped me pick a tile at one of our local stores and was always aware of my budget. Since the original contractor put my small shampoo shower box off center my idea would not have worked but Roger had a great design idea that was something I never thought of. They were fast, considerate and did a great quality job. I'll add pictures as soon as Google Cloud stops giving me problems."

"Prompt & professional.  They were originally scheduled to arrive at 3:30 PM but contacted me first thing in the morning to let me know they were shorthanded due to an employee calling in sick and requested to reschedule for 5:00PM.  That time actually worked better for me so I agreed.  The team of three ladies did an excellent job, especially in the kitchen (they left it cleaner than when I moved in).   The only small critique I have is that they failed to clean the bottom half of the shower doors.  When doing the walk through after, I pointed it out and they quickly corrected the situation.

"We had a great experience with Granite Works. We contracted our countertop work on July 28th. We feel very fortunate to have met Art. He is very professional and not a high pressure sales person.  He was more of a designer and he took us out to the slab yard helping us find slabs that matched our kitchen design and equally important budget.. We were able to use their sample cabinet materials and coordinate them with the slabs, colors, movement and patterns.  He advised us on the best cuts, edgings, care, etc. Once we selected the granite within a few minutes, Art presented us with an estimate on the spot.  We placed a 50% deposit and the next day the office assistance called us to schedule our on site template. The template process was easy and thorough. It is very helpful if you take your kitchen photos with you and your detailed measurements.  That way your estimate is accurate and Art can help you with balancing movement, appropriate area for seams, if any.  Granite works provided the granite, onsite measurements, sink options, bull nose edging and included all cut outs, plus an Angie's List discount. Our price was $2500 less than a company in  the Mt. Airy. Within a week we had a template completed, in two weeks the fabrication of 2 slabs, and the installation of occurred on  August 9th. In 1 day! We elected to forego their 4" backsplash option and we designed and installed our own. Art's design consultation was very helpful.  After we finished 1/2 the backsplash we sent Art a thank you email with a photo.  He was so surprised and we were surprised and happy 1) he remembered us, and 2) he liked our natural stone tile work.  We recommend Granite Works for quality, professionalism and price.  Good luck and thanks Angie's List. "We were in a bind and needed a previously installed granite countertop in the kitchen modified. We had a new refrigerator, and the door wouldn't open all the way back, bumping against the door jam. We needed to have the granite cut back about an inch to remedy the problem ( slide the refrigerator over a little). The problem was, we were having a new tile backsplash installed the following day, and needed the granite cut before starting that job. I called Granite Vision, and asked them if they could perform it the same day. They were unsure if they could fit it in the same day, but told me they would check on the possibility.  I was called back in a timely manner, and told that they could do it for me.  David arrived within a few hours of my call, and did a beautiful job.  He was very nice, neat, and did exactly what we needed. Thank you Granite Vision!!!  They could have just blown me off, and said they couldn't do this the same day as my call, but they didn't"

"It took 4 days for completion which entailed gutting the whole bath replacing the sub floor which was rotted out due to a major leak, flooring replaced with ceramic tile. Replaced tub/shower insert with ceramic tile w/beautiful glass tile inlay. A pocket door was installed, a new vanity w/granite top, new lights , mirror and fan. Todd (the owner) was extremely professional. His son's also work with him and were just as professional and really nice to work with. We will be using them again for a Kitchen remodel in the future.
And oh yes, his wife works in the showroom and she was awesome too!!
