"Presidential Exteriors is a great company to do a roof replacement with! We had our roof replaced in early February 2021 and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team was amazing to work with. Nate worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and getting the best product and prices possible. He really made us feel like family. Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. We will absolutely be keeping them on our list for any future projects with our house."

"Brian was great with communication. The team were professional and did a great job on my roof. I was very pleased with the outcome. The price was right!"

"Tomas M from JW did a great job. Needed replacement for part of the frame of front door. He did a fantastic job in matching the replacement panel to the rest of door. He also painted the entire frame and replaced some additional wood that we damaged at top of frame and caulked it all. Also had a basement door frame sanded and repainted. He was very good at keeping me informed of the process."

"It went very well. It was very easy to schedule. Chris was honest with me and worked efficiently. He explained everything he saw on the roof and did even more than I was expecting. I will definitely consider using his company when I need to replace my roof and for future repairs or maintenance.

"Excellent! Had the squirrels removed and whole roof replace"

"Fantastic responsiveness, especially with the rain coming in 36 hours. Good pricing, good professionalism, highly recommend that you include them in your next roofing project, or at least as one of your bidders."

"Installer showed up on time. Did an outstanding job not only of installing a new Gutter Guard system but of cleaning up after all work was complete. He was both courtesy & professional. Would highly recommend this company for any and all roofing work."

"We contracted Lakewood Home Improvements to renovate the main floor of our home, a project which included the removal of the existing linoleum flooring, wood panel walls, and popcorn ceiling in a living room, a hallway, a bedroom/study, a front closet and hall closet, and a front foyer. They then installed recessed lighting in the living room along withl hardwood floors throughout, installed drywall, installed crown molding, replaced doors, and completed the trim and paint. The job ended up taking two and a half weeks which was exactly what they said it would take and we are extremely pleased with the result. That level of our house has been completely transformed, and the quality of the work is of the highest standard. Lakewood’s project management was exemplary in that the electricians, plumbers and other contractors were well coordinated with at least 2 or 3 workers in the house all day every day (with the one exception for the snow day when they left midday). The work team were polite, considerate, and seemed to be happy in their work. At the end of each work day the crew would clean up the site, putting their tools and building materials away so that we could safely walk through the space. We were also really impressed with the way that the Project Manager gave us progress updates almost every day including what we could expect in the next few days. Given the way in which the project was executed, and the quality of the final product I would not hesitate in recommending Lakewood for any home renovation project."
