"Posted the job on Angi, (aka Angie List) Angi sent list of Pro who wanted the work and went with the QMB Group. Work performed by affiliate, KSJ Plumbing LLC. The camera was run through the line, and received a free diagnosis and estimate. KSJ crew removed houses old cracked and shifted cast iron Main Sewage line and replaced it with 33 feet of new straight 4 inch PVC... work was completed in one day, time on site was 5 hours. (Note that all Jobs and work times are different) I would not hesitate to call the KSJ (LLC) Plumbing crew in the future for any and all of my plumbing issues and needs. Period. "Mr. Pipey Plumbing is awesome! I had a new renant move in Friday. He found the shower and sink drains clogged, so I called Mr. Pipey at 3:00, set up an appointment, they showed up same day from a job location down the road, assessed the issue, and rocked out my drain issues in the bathroom. They got there at 5, out by 6 - all clear. Professional, easy to work with, tenant is happy, cost was very reasonable and fair. I will use them again now at my rental house locations."

"The gentleman who arrived was VERY kind and respectful. He cleared the main line of my sewer efficiently and cleaned up after he was finished. My rating is a little lower than it could be because I ended up having to have the line cleared again in 9 months. Usually, it's an annual process so I wasn't expecting to need it done again so soon. I suspect it could have gone further down the line to prevent that from happening."

"Not only did they unplug the toilet, but also the bathtub. They also gave helpful advice about upgrading the toilet and keeping the drains clean. They were very polite, very patient, professional, and helpful."

"Though more accomplished than expected, the workers surprised me with a failed result. They couldn't put the project back together correctly; everyone saw something was off. Outside the stall looked fine, but the tile they "replaced" was actually the original, just poorly handled. They left the last row unfinished after hitting a curve hard and breaking the tile apart. Instead of using a diamond saw for a clean $400 straight cut, they took a shortcut that ruined the piece. The tile broke jaggedly, so they tried to hide the damage by burying the break line under piles of caulk and extra material. Now, the fracture is "leaking" through the mess. Worse, they left a metal tool inside the assembly, blocking water flow. While the drain placement was okay, the plumbing is now a disaster. They tore up the floor unnecessarily when they could have just cut small plugs around the pipe, swapped the plastic, and used thinnest Because of their "gung-ho" attitude and lack of communication."
