He went from being a handyman to building bran new homes in no time. The difference is he is not going to sub a lot of work out; he is able to do most things himself. "He did not complete his project, the price was not worth it. Responsiveness was very very bad, lack communication, made a lot of promises and did not did it well. He never came when he said he will came. Professionalism very poor, and negative. Would not recommend him at all. He never took away the old linear of the pool, had to pay another company to do that. I had to hire another person and spend another thousand dolor for he job that he promised to finished. Other company had to finished David's work. This guy David was really horrible for the job, his a fake. We were a senior citizen I think he put advantage of us."
