"Working with All Out Chimney has been an amazing experience for me - I will be a lifelong customer! My initial reach out to them was to find a second opinion about some work that needed to be done. I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. Even if I needed the work the other company suggested, their estimate came in lower by thousands of dollars. As it turns out, Jarrell (awesome!) came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise (and NOT using scare tactics!!), I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself. Mr. Lavalle pressure washed my home exterior and put in new outside lighting, and trimmed the bushes in front of my house. "I had a great experience working with Jerry Beeler. Wind had damaged my chimney cap during Hurricane Florence allowing water to enter the chimney. I contacted Jerry on a Thursday - he was out at my house to take a look at the damage on a Friday - and then the work was completed on a Sunday. Considering the high workload all contractors were likely dealing with after the hurricane I was very happy with how quickly I was helped. I was also very happy with the communication Jerry provided me along the way. He called & texted to keep me updated, and even texted me before and after pictures of the chimney cap so I did not need to get on the roof to inspect the work. It is also worth noting that I asked Jerry several times if it would be best to replace the entire chimney cap instead of repairing my current one (which would have been more income for him). He insisted that he could repair my current cap which saved me about $700."

"I was amazed at the work they performed. I contacted Ryan to explain about my old house that had a very sooty and mossy brick chimney...not to mention a very dirty brick patio. I was worried that the old grout in my brick would be damaged by pressure washing, Ryan assured me that they would be very gentle...by first treating problem areas, scrubbing if needed and then rinsing with gentle pressure. "They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

Examined whole house to see if other work needed to be done - he invented nothing more than what we wanted. Everything was done within a week, we didn't need to be there. Advised before pay, examine and if issues he'd come out and repair. Very satisfied, have already recommended to next door neighbor who saw him working while we were away.
