I contacted Jerry on a Thursday - he was out at my house to take a look at the damage on a Friday - and then the work was completed on a Sunday. "I bought a Big Deal coupon for three hours of handyman service. I needed a couple of bathroom faucets replaced, a leaking kitchen tap repaired and some door bottoms adjusted. A guy named BJ came to do the work, and he did the work with more muscle than mastery. The worst was the kitchen tap, which was torn up and very hard to swivel after the repair. I was glad to see BJ go. 
I called Manny and explained the situation. He came over himself to replace the whole faucet unit in the kitchen with a new one we'd bought. The work took hours but he did it well and with a smile and free of charge. He explained that BJ was with his company very briefly and no longer works for him. (BJ now has his own company listed on Angie's List.)
