"Don Hinkle is great to work with! I had a problem with my sewer main and he came right out the next day. He listened to the symptoms and my assessment of the problem, explored my basement with me and then investigated outside as well. He was very knowledgeable talking about what it could be, what he's seen and knew exactly what to ask and where to look to uncover the problem. He diagnosed the issue and came up with a solution and plan right away. He came the next day to rod out my sewer which was the core fix and did a great job and scoped the line before and after to show me the difference it made. Don did the work himself, he was courteous, easy to communicate with and work with, and highly effective at solving my problem. 5 stars! I'd recommend Don to anyone for what he does."

"Entire HVAC system installed in May of 2024. Installer misinformed me about system operations. Part of prepaid maintenance agreement is a hot water heater flush annually. Technician refused to perform service stating that my unit was too old and pushed to sell me a new unit. Mine is eight years old and still has two years on the warranty. To retain my Trane HVAC system warranty I need to have it inspected each spring and fall. Twice this spring, Precision has scheduled this and no one came. One time ?someone accidentally canceled the appointment ? and again today I was taken off of the schedule because ?we just don?t have the manpower ? . Neither time was I notified. They are putting the system warranty in jeapardy. These inspections were prepaid by me last year."

They caused repeated delays, misdiagnosed issues (gas pressure vs. ventilation), had poor communication, and sent no-shows. Even after eventually sending experienced plumbers who fixed the unit, the installed tankless heater does not qualify for the Energy Star tax credit, which was the primary reason for choosing it. A complete waste of time, energy, and money. Absolutely do not hire them!"
