When Amuri came out for the initial quote, he really listened to exactly what we wanted and made us feel heard. This is one of the reasons we hired them for the project. As other "Big" remodeling companies who insisted on ripping out the entire bathtub or remodeling the whole bathroom. They were able to focus on just the shower, which was perfect for us. The entire crew was polite, respectful of our home, and did phenomenal work. The finished shower looks even better than we imagined, perfectly matching the style and look we were going for. "I hired them to install a heater in my garage, including running electrical. They had to cut drywall. They didn?t clean up an of the floor prior to leaving, having left dust and debri on the floor. I wanted them to also install/replace some switches and outlets in my home, which I not had time to do. I decided, based on the job they did in the garage, that I would not have them do the other work I requested. I am hoping they actually did the electrical correctly, as my heater has now tripped the breaker since the install. I would probably not use them in the future for other services if needed. "

"I called Ryan because my 15 year old furnace was not functioning. The heat exchangers had pinholes and the secondary exchanger was completely rusted out and clogged. Ryan did his absolute best to come up with the best solution for the least amount of cost to me. In the end the resolution ended up being a new furnace unit. This gentleman is transparent and honest. He took the time to explain to me why I needed a new furnace. He had the opportunity to cobble my old one together and charge me for labor, but his integrity shined through and he let me know it's not safe, and he's not comfortable doing that. I also took the opportunity to have him install a 4" filter box to prevent future system issues due to the awful 1" filter location. I will 100% call Ryan again in the future. "Joey from SameDay came out within 1 hour and did what he could to get it working again, but it will not last long. I asked if he could give me an estimate on a new furnace and he had Larry here within 15 minutes to give me a variety of options. They were very thorough - checked the airflow and looked at the ducts. Of the 2 furnaces that it came down to, he recommended the cheaper one - said it would work great for my space. I don't hear that very often!! They will be installing tomorrow and I will do another review."
