During the estimate appointment I mentioned to the young man Beau, that I wished I could find a reasonably priced handy man. He asked about my projects, looked at the list of the things I could not do by myself and quoted me such a reasonable price that I hired the company right then to do the work. The young man hung curtains, replaced the trim on my garage door, secured a loose board on my stoop and even changed the blade on my chop saw! He completed those tasks efficiently and quickly. "Fantastic! Brandon was quick to come out to get an estimate and my first impressions were good. He was polite, thoughtful, and was clearly paying attention to detail. When our quotes all came back (three companies), his was considerably less than the others. That made our decision a no-brainer. The painters came out a few days later and got started. They were happy to accommodate a few "special needs" that our house had and they worked quickly. They were friendly and polite, conscientious of the neighbors (no power-washing or music until later in the morning) cleaned up and packed up each night. Most importantly, they did a fantastic job. "The guy who built the deck did a really good job. He was very thorough and picked up good materials. He took a little bit longer than he said he was going to take, but I really didn?t mind that once I saw the work he was doing. He takes his time and does a good job. So it was worth waiting. We had to buy the lighting and he installed it for us. There was a day when he didn?t show up and we were wondering where he went. He then showed up the next day and told us what had happened. He spent the whole day from morning till night working here. That only happened once or twice. If need be, then I would hire him back."
