"They came in the time allocated. I had two areas I needed looked at , main shut off waterline which some tightening of fittings that were done. The other was replace a part in the faucet if the tub that mixes cold an warm water. Only the cold worked. He tried to loosen and clean the warm part, it needed to be replaced. They went to the local hartware and purchased it. It now works fine now. One suggestion would be that every time an additional charge was mentioned, I had to ask specifically how much it would add to the total bill. I definitely will hire him again."

"The majority of the time I contacted this company the people answering the phone were very friendly and courteous. On the day of my install, the last person I spoke to was not as nice. Regardless, that didn’t give me a bad impression of the company as a whole. Chad, the service technician, was awesome. He took the time to inform me of my options on repairing or replacing my hot water heater without attempting to sway my decision. Once installed, he made sure that the water was flowing normally from every faucet. He then informed me of everything he did during the install. "Of all the HomeAdvisor candidates, Gary was the first one (and only) to respond immediately to my request! He came to our home to repair two outside leaking faucets and attach the water hose to our refrigerator so that we could get cold water and ice cubes. While he was giving us an estimate on the job, Gary noticed that some of the previous plumbing work (that was done years ago) was questionable and might crack soon, leaving us with a flooded basement. We gave the okay to repair and Gary did an amazing job. He made sure every pipe was sealed, welded, and secure, before attaching the fridge water hose. They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. Not only were they professional and aggressive in resolving the issue, but they were also very responsive to our urgent needs and showed up when they said they would for every visit.
