"Absolutely great service! I inquired on Sunday June 21 (Fathers Day btw) and was contacted immediately. I shared pictures and was also informed of my underlying issues with premature water heater failures tied to my water softening which I can now solve with my knowledge. Service was impeccable arriving at 7 am as promised and done by I think 810 am. Price was more than fair and what was discussed and installed with a Rheem Professional Unit and install was flawless. Cant say enough about the great service and promptness and professionalism of Water Heaters Plus. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"Jeremy was very responsive and informative. I had a couple of other quotes that involved various iterations of "replace the old water heater and add these other features at the same time", and we were able to talk through the suggestions and determine what was really necessary. The final quote was very competitive, the new water heater is working great, and the installation itself was fast and without any problems that they couldn't solve without me!"

"Donold was fast, friendly and professional and I would highly recommend his services. He was able to change our water heater out with only one days notice on a weekend and did an excellent job. Thank you 🙏🏼"

"Needed to replace hot water heater and mentioned that when the service call was made and asked that they come to the house with the replacement. They came to do an estimate and wasted three hours after I approved the estimate as he had to go pick up the water heater."

"Donald did a great job replacing my water heater. His customer service was excellent, the work was done quick and efficient. Would definitely contact again"

"Carlos replaced two water heaters for us. He was the only contractor that I contacted for a bid that actually came to my property to evaluate the install and then gave me a very fair price quote. He showed up right when he said he would, did a very high-quality installation and cleaned up after the job was finished. Although it took two trips to complete the job, Carlos did not ask for any additional money and I paid exactly what he quoted, even though the install turned out to be a bit more complex than originally thought. Highly recommended."

"They replaced my tankless water heater, under sink valves with quarter turn ball valves and three toilets. The price was fair, a little high, but the quality of work and service was excellent. These plumbers know what they are doing. They were timely and had good communication."

"The installer did a thorough job"

"I had my rod replaced on my water heater and a new water softener and filter system installed. Really like these guys. Prompt , fair and fast. They are my plumber now and forever."

"The repair person went out of his way to come by my house at seven pm checked out the problem gave me a quote and set up an appointment to come back on Friday to replace my water heater. I would hire them again."
