After spending time and working hard trying to clear the deain, the gentleman called for help. With lots if high tech instruments, the found where the problem was and how to fix it. Note that this was in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend. A big job, Roto Rooter completed it in a few days (after the weekend) including significant cleanup. They also helped with Insurance claims through the process."
