Unfortunately he could not do the repair because the manufacturer had discontinued the necessary parts. He did an internet search and made a call to a supplier but no luck. He helped us pick out our new washer dryer and installed it for us; that makes it sound like an easy job, but it was NOT. The cords in the back of the appliances gave us an issue, but he worked endlessly to make sure that our new pieces fit seamlessly into our laundry closet. The install should have taken way less time than he actually spent doing it, but he would not give up and spent extra hours of his time to make sure the job was done perfectly. Furthermore, he gave us great advice about other appliances for our house. Frank is a true consummate professional, and was pleasant and kind to work with despite all the setbacks. "Roland was professional and timely. He came to repair a garage door that lacked a counterbalance and a fence that needed new hinges. I was told he was going to be a few weeks on an estimate due to demand and he came when we agreed he would and managed to get me on the schedule sooner than anticipated. The repairs took about 5 hours, 1 more than he anticipated, but he stuck to the quote he gave me and remained professional and courteous throughout all our interactions. "Hired Joe for a project replacing all of the external outlets and weatherproof covers and 1 internal outlet. While at it his troubleshooting found a blown circuit was the cause for issues with the outdoor outlets not working and fixed it as well. Would hire Joe again for other projects."
