"James the technician came out exactly on time. Our water heater was acting up and he confirmed it was 18 years old and we figured we be replacing it. We had some questions after the fact and owner was responsive and helpful. Specifically we wanted an 80 gallon one and we went down to a 50 gallon because the newest 80 gallon ones come with a heat pump and have proven to be expensive and problematic, with manufacturer not honoring warranty or a shortage of pros who are not equipped to deal with issues that arise. Owner suggested adding a mixing valve which increases capacity and so far our needs have been met. We are considering installing a 2nd unit bit opted to wait to see if it's even necessary. Price was reasonable and no issues so far."

"My heat pump which had been installed 2 years ago by FH Furr suddenly stopped working Sunday afternoon. With the heat warnings in effect, I knew I needed help, FAST! Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. I have seen a nice change in technicians in the last 2 years and am always pleased to have them come out and fix any issues I may have. Keep up the good work!!"

Normally, I'd order the part and fix it myself, but that would have taken days to acquire.
